The Wood Package - $119

1-2 hours

Build your own elegant Ontario walnut charcuterie board, using traditional woodworking hand tools.

In this package, we come to you, at your location.

First, you'll learn about the different types of wood, the anatomy of your charcuterie board, and how to properly care for it. 

Then, it's time to get to work!

Remove the bark using a traditional draw knife.

Get a lil' dusty as you sand your board to ultimate smoothness.

Bring the natural colours of the walnut out, as you spread food-grade mineral oil across it.

Let it dry and take it home to show off at your next gathering!

The Snack Package - $149

2-3 hours

You will make your own charcuterie board using the same workshop as the Basic package.  

You will also learn how to properly style a charcuterie board with meats, cheese, fruits, crackers, olives & more. 

It's our goal that you leave this workshop as a complete charcuterie expert.

You'll then learn how to make a salami rose, and you'll make a plate of appetizers from our 7 foot long charcuterie board. 

Our beautifully decorated board of snacks is locally sourced, using the freshest meats & cheeses from Ontario farms.  We are FeastON Certified and use foods that are in season, so the board is always changing throughout the year.

The Brewery Package - $169

2-3 hours

The most popular of them all, this package includes everything in the Standard Package, except we host the event with one of our brewery partners in Toronto! We work with many brewery locations, so the exact one is based on availability at the time of booking.

Sample a flight of beers from the local brewery, and let the brewmaster explain a bit about each beer.

There's nothing like tasting local beers, eating local charcuterie, and woodworking!

Once you secure your date with a 20% deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with some more information to prepare for the event.  One of us will reach out to you to discuss any customizations or specifics for the event, and to answer any of your questions.
