Refund policy
In-Person Workshop
Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 9 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 100% fee.
Products
We refund products if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [nick@unbarkedworkshop] with details of the product and the defect.
Once we receive the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect.
